How will my order be shipped?

All orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage from Snohomish, WA. Shipping charges are auto-calculated and are based on the weight of your package.

How long does my order take to ship?

Most orders are filled within 1-2 business days after the order is placed. However, in some cases orders may take up to 15 days to process before shipping. Once an order is shipped within the United States it generally arrives in 2-10 days. International orders are not offered at this time.

Do you offer international shipping? 

Unfortunately not at this time, but hopefully down the road!

How do I track my package?

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking. It can take up to 24-hours before shipment tracking information posts.

I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?

If you need to make an address change after you’ve submitted your order, please email hello@magpiestudiollc.com and let me know as soon as possible!

What is your return policy? 

*Most returns are accepted within 10 days of the delivery date for a full refund less the original shipping cost. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer unless the shop is at fault.* If the shop is at fault, for example you were sent the wrong item or wrong quality, or if the item is defective, I will cover return shipping charges. Your item must be unused and in the original packaging and condition it arrived in. To request a return, please email hello@magpiestudiollc.com with details of your order, including the order number, and your reason for requesting the return.
